Joan West is age 56 and a breast cancer survivor. Joan joined p.r.e.p.® with the goal of losing weight and gaining strength. She also wanted to reduce tension, ease anxiety, as well adopt a healthier lifestyle. Joan did a fantastic job meeting all of her goals. She lost 9lbs of body fat which equates to a reduction of 4.7% body fat overall. She also gained 3lbs of lean body mass which has enabled her to feel stronger not only when working out, but also during her daily life tasks. As a result of p.r.e.p.®, Joan has adopted a healthy, fit lifestyle. She is working out several times a week doing a combination of cardio, strength training and Pilates. Joan is eating a clean, well- balanced diet and feeling happier and more energetic. Joan is a great example of how fitness can shape our lives. The positive impact of exercise and healthy eating is endless and Joan is proof that in 60 days you can change your life for the better.
