MINI CHEFS - Fall Treats

Get ready to follow simple recipes and make delicious fall treats! This class will focus on seasonal and holiday desserts. Our tiny chefs will have a lesson each week using various common ingredients to make tasty fall and holiday treats. Ghosts, Turkeys, and even Grinches oh my!

This class is not recommended for children with food allergies

STAY & PLAY

Children can explore and play with other students in a classroom environment. This is a great opportunity for socialization and free play. This is a perfect enrichment for the children who need to transition to the 1:15 enrichments or to decompress and play with friends after a day of school.

SPORTS:

AP CHEER

Calling all cheerleaders..... Join the AP Cheer Team where you will cheer, jump, and dance with Atlantis Prep Pride. The cheer team will learn numerous cheers, shouts, tumbling, stunts, and dances throughout the session. The coaches will help the girls build self-confidence, improve pronunciation and memorization skills, and also teach team-building skills. Cheerleaders will even perform during the Winter Concert. The team receives our traditional AP uniforms which include a bow and pompoms.

JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN READING & MATH

This is a year-long continual program from October through June. Come join us for an afternoon of skill-building that focuses on the pre-reading and pre-math concepts for preschoolers. Games and projects help make learning fun in this theme-driven classroom environment where self-directed learning, individualized academic coaching, and critical thinking are at the core of helping children improve and excel in their academic pursuits

MESSY SCIENCE

Change colors, float/sink, explode, and create new things. We will put together our very own science journal while participating in a range of experiments. Make fun things like Goop and Play-Doh. Watch demonstrations using everyday items while learning about weather, magnets, and nature.

WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE

In this club, we will learn about the wild things that live or have once lived on Earth. Each afternoon we will explore a different habitat … from animals of the rainforest, and common pets in our homes, to sea creatures, and everything in between. Let’s read a book about safari animals, make a fun sea turtle craft, dig for fossils, learn how polar bears stay warm, and do lots of other fun things. Every week will be a different lesson on a distinct set of wild creatures.

Join Miss Shannon as our young budding artists transform their simple doodles into works of art only they can create. Doodlers will develop new skills and talents during this class. LET'S DANCE

Join Miss Alyssa, an experienced instructor with a degree in dance, for some creative movement! Students enrolled in this enrichment will reap the benefits of all that dance offers. Let’s create our own original music! In this class, we will write the songs that we perform. This Parent & Me Music Class is a great way for families with toddler-aged children to have fun with music together!!! Come join us where we will play interactive music games in a group setting, promoting creativity and encouraging self-expression in a fun, engaging environment! Parents help guide their little ones to act out songs with specific instructions & body motions that we learn in class! We will sing and dance to familiar classic kids’ songs that have big actions to get everyone moving & grooving! The class will play games and activities using props such as Rhythm Sticks, Scarves, Egg Shakers, Beanbags & more!!!
