Our current small group programs include:
- Pilates Reformer: New! Enjoy our exclusive Pilates experience with private lessons in ournew private studio or group sessions in our remodeled 2nd floor studio
- Sports Performance: (ages 10-16) Improve your sport-specific performance by enhancing key athletic components such as acceleration, cutting,max velocity and agility with our certified trainers.
- TRX: Total Body Advanced TRX Suspension trainer workout, full of tabata core, arm, leg and back exercises to get you in awesome shape, led by TRX-certified instructor.
- Hydro Strength & Conditioning: This class is based on using the dynamic resistance of the water to enhance performance and overall conditioning, led by a certified trainer.
