Active Fit

Aqua Challenge
This class will challenge you with strength and cardio drills in both deep and shallow water.

Aqua Fit
Specially designed resistance props and the water give an intense workout that is easy on the joints.

Aqua Running
This ultimate cross training activity enhances running and swimming speed, strengthens every body part and assists in injury recovery.

BodyPump
Les Mills BODYPUMP is the ultimate barbell class. Using a specially designed resistance system, and set to driving music, this class increases strength and endurance in all major muscle groups while torching calories.

Dance & Tone
A gentle dance class which incorporates elements of strength and balance.

F.I.T. 45
Bring it On!  Functional Interval Training.  This boot camp style class will challenge the fitness enthusiast utilizing sanitized resistance equipment.  A full body workout concentrating on cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, and flexibility.

Gentle Flow Yoga
Revisit the basic principles in this reunion of mind and body. A practice of meditation in motion. This class will mindfully and slowly move you through simple postures.

LaBlast
An energizing dance fitness class blending the true skill of ballroom dance with the calorie blasting properties of interval fitness.  This class keeps you engaged and entertained while learning the Tango, Rumba, Quickstep and more!

Pilates Mat
A series of mat exercises that improve strength, breathing. flexibility, and balance. Creates a long and lean body while keeping your powerhouse strong.

Ride
Crank up the energy on a state of the art stationary cycle.  Be inspired to hit the hills and sprint the flats in this 45 minute RIDE class.

Ripped Ride
A full body workout that takes your ride to a new level by incorporating light weights to maximize calorie burn. Heart rate monitor suggested.

Strength 45
This challenging and effective workout utilizes sanitized resistance props to push you to your max. Strength 45 is a pure strength workout packed into 45 minutes of high energy!

Strength Training For Seniors
An introduction to strength training for Seniors.  A safe and effective workout geared toward building strength, balance and mobility.  Participants will learn how to workout with resistance equipment.

Vinyasa Yoga
