Pre-Season Basketball Conditioning Program
Built from Parisi's core methodologies, this program will have an intense focus on basketball-specific strength & speed training, rather than skills & technique. Parisi training is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus.
October 16th - November 22nd
Mondays & Wednesdays 7-8pm
Ages: 12 -14 (Middle School) & 14- 18 (High School)
