Interested in continuing your American Red Cross Health and Safety Education? Come start your training today at The Atlantic Club Lifeguard and Safety Certification Center. We will train you to be able to confidently respond to emergency situations so you can help your family and community. You will learn Lifesaving, CPR and First Aid skills so you have the training to respond to an emergency until more advanced medical personnel take over.
You may take the traditional in-person course or try the new blended learning program where online lessons are completed prior to in person training. Both learning programs will offer all the training to prepare you to be ready to act with speed and confidence in an emergency.

Come learn the life-saving knowledge and skills you need to be a disciplined and confident life guard prepared to act in an emergency situation – both in and out of the water. Learn water rescue skills, surveillance recognition, first aid, breathing, cardiac emergencies, CPR, AED, and more.
Take the newly revised First Aid/CPR/AED training programs updated to reflect the latest science and American Red Cross Scientific Advisory Council recommendations. All programs will train participants to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies. Each course teaches participants the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. This program offers a choice of First Aid, CPR, and AED courses to meet the various training need of a diverse audience.
