Cardio

  • Active Rhythm (60 min) Fun choreography containing jazz, hip-hop & dance moves geared to both beginners & advanced. AL
  • Kick Boxing (60 min) A heart pounding, muscle pumping, fat burning, punching, kicking time. IA
  • Strong Step (60 min) A high-energy low impact step workout w/ strength intervals. Burn calories & build strength. IA
  • Walking Workout (45 min) An outdoor fitness walking workout that will teach you how to work in your target heart range. Good for all ages and fitness levels! AL
  • Zumba® (60 min) Latin dance featuring cardio & strength components. AL
  • Zumba Gold® (45 min) A low impact, easy-to-follow and fun Latin-inspired dance class with strength and stretch. AL
  • STRONG by Zumba™ (AL) Music is the key element in this High Intensity Interval Training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic conditioning-style workout.  You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.

Cardio/Strength

  • Advanced Training (60 min) This high energy class incorporates cardio & strength training. Includes sports conditioning exercises, core board & calisthenics. IA
  • Active Fit (60 min) Stay active. Stay fit. A safe and effective cardio and strength  class specifically designed to meet the needs of our mature exerciser. (AL)
  • BOSU Blast! (60 min) Balance, stability, core, cardio, toning... You name it, this class works it! BOSU training targets the whole body, works the core and leaves you feeling great. Workout hard while having a BLAST! (AL)
  • Boxing Skills & Drills (45 min) A challenging athletic workout utilizing combination punching with heavy bags. BYO gloves. AL
  • Cardio Core (60 min) High intensity interval training at it’s best with a focus on core strength. IA
  • Core & More (60 min) A total body strength class using the stability ball for core results. AL
  • Insanity® (60 min) a body weight program designed for the participants to push the intense moves until they have “Maxed out”! A modifier is available for all moves. (IA)
  • Interval Training (60 min) Full body work-out concentrating on cardiovascular, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, utilizing different exercise equipment. AL
  • Hard Drive (60 min) Same great class as interval training but geared toward the intermediate/advanced athlete IA
  • H.E.A.T (60 min) Heat up your workout with this High Energy Athletic Training workout. This boot camp class will challenge the fitness enthusiast utilizing TRX, kettle bells, battle ropes and more! (IA)
  • H.E.A.T. Wave (60 min) Same intense workout as H.E.A.T., but incorporating INDO Rowers for cardio endurance. 

Indoor Cycling

  • Ripped Ride (AL) A full body workout, takes your ride to a new level by incorporating light weights to maximize caloric burn.

Mind/Body

  • F lex 30 (30 min) A relaxing class designed to stretch all the major muscles. (AL)
  • Gentle Flow Yoga (90 min & 60 min)Revisit the basic practice principles in this reunion of mind and body. A practice of meditation in motion. This class will mindfully and slowly move you through smile postures. (AL)
  • Kripalu Yoga (90 min) Meditative style yoga with emphasis on proper breath and alignment & the wisdom of the body.
  • Restorative Yoga (90 min) Meditative style yoga with emphasis on breath, alignment and movement.
  • Tai Chi (60 min) The focus of Tai Chi Easy is the cultivation of healthy longevity and inner tranquility. The practice is very gentle and adaptable to all physical/psychological challenges
  • Vinyasa Yoga (75 or 90 min) a flowing form of hatha yoga and ashtanga style, linking postures together with breath, focus and inward attention.
YOGA LEVELS
  • Level 1: New to Yoga? This non-intimidating class is performed at a slower pace to introduce yoga terminology, postures and breath awareness. Experienced practitioners may use this class to revisit the basics.
  • Level 1/2: Ready to take the next step on advancing your practice. Slightly more advanced poses will be introduced in a flowing sequence.
  • Level 2: Challenge yourself with more advance poses in this intermediate level class.
  • Level 2/3: Designed for intermediate/advanced practitioners. This class includes challenging poses and previous experience is required of all students.
  • Level 3: Designed for the advanced practitioner and a high level of fitness.

Strength

  • 20/20/20 (60 min) High Intensity, Concentrated Workout! 20 minutes Lower Body, 20 minutes Upper Body, 20 CoreWork. IA
  • BODY PUMP (60 min) The original barbell class to music, no step, no dancing. Pure strength training, real results, real fast. AL
  • Core 30 (30 min) A concentrated workout specifically designed to strengthen and tighten the core. AL
  • Redefine (45 or 60 min) A total body workout using various resistance props to help you achieve the ultimate fit body. AL
  • Med Ball (60 min) A functional athletic strength workout utilizing the medicine ball and plyometric progressions. IA
  • Strength 30 (30 min) A safe and effective total body strength class for those on the go. AL

Pilates/Barre

  • Classic BARRE (45 min) This total body workout fuses the elements of ballet, pilates and other muscle engaging exercises. Classic Barre brings you back to where it all started and will challenge all levels of fitness. (AL)
  • LeBarre (60 min) Le Barre  combines Balance, Agility, Resistance and working recovery. No muscle will go untouched in this full-body workout! (AL)
  • Pilates Mat (AL) An internationally known fitness system created by Joseph Pilates focusing on core stability, balance and flexibility.
  • ContempFit Sculpt (AL)A musically driven, BARRE inspired class focused on enhancing strength, endurance, and flexibility of the entire body.
  • Roll & Release (30 min) Basic roller technique incorporating Pilates stabilization and active muscle release.

Water Classes

  • Aqua Challenge (60 min) This class will utilize both deep and shallow water. It will challenge you with strength and cardio drills. AL
  • Aqua Tai Chi (60 min) The gentleness of the water combined with the fluid and graceful movement of Tai Chi. AL
  • Aqua Tabata (60 min) This class follows the principles of Tabata in the water. The 4 minute intervals consist of 20 seconds of intense work with a 10 second recovery. AL
  • Aqua Max (45 min) An athletic workout in deep water with a floatation belt. It includes intervals of running, walking, cycling and sprinting. Great workout with impact! IL
  • Water Running (45 min) & PLUS (60 min) Water is a unique medium for improving your cardiovascular efficiency, toning your muscles & increasing your flexibility. AL

WATER CLASS RULES: During water classes, at least 2 lanes are available for lap swim. Additional lap lanes will be added for lap swimming when there are less than 18 participants. Lane allocation will be determined 10 minutes after the start time of each class using this guideline:

  • 3 lanes available: Up to 17 participants (Up to 15 in Aqua Tai Chi)
  • 4 lanes available: Up to 9 participants

Class Etiquette

  • Be considerate of other Members’ exercise space
  • Keep conversation to a minimum
  • Cell phone use is prohibited
  • Classes with 10 or less participants are subject to change
  • Appropriate athletic-wear is required
  • Gym bags and purses should be stored in the locker rooms
  • For your safety, athletic shoes only in the studios with the exception of Mind and Body classes
  • No food in the studios at any time
  • Junior Members ages 15 and up may participate in Group Ex classes
  • You must be accompanied by an instructor or trainer when exercising in any of the studios
  • Please check class schedule to see which classes require a sign up
  • For safety reasons, Members will not be permitted to enter a class already in progress

Online Signup

  • Online sign up for Indoor Cycle classes 24 hours prior to start time of class. Confirmation e-mail is received.
  • Members must arrive to class at least 5 minutes prior to claim their reserved bike. When class is ready to begin, unclaimed bikes will be given away to any walk in’s.
  • All cancellations must be made online at least 60 minutes prior to start of class.
  • Members may use the iPad in the fitness room to register for class if they wish. Sign-ups at the desk may occur 15 minutes prior to class if space available.

Cardio

  • Kickboxing (AL) A blast of cardio in a 60 minute kickboxing class. This choreographed sweat-inducing hi/low workout offers intervals of upper and lower body conditioning to heart pumping, and fun music.
  • Zumba® (AL) A fusion of Latin and international rhythms with easy to follow moves for a one of a kind workout! A dance class that is a high calorie burning and body energizing experience. Benefits: cardiovascular, muscular

Cardio/Strength

  • Contempfit Sculpt (AL)  CFS is a dynamic blend of dance and fitness exercises that challenge strength, agility, stability, coordination and endurance. This signature program includes a ballet/contemporary inspired warm-up followed by a gluteal sculpting, core strengthening, and arm toning workout. This class conditions the whole body and is guaranteed to produce results.
  • Contempfit Cardio (AL) A class that is sassy, jazzy and funky all at once! Join Elaina for her signature dance fitness class that includes cardio and toning exercises for the entire body. Be prepared to move, groove and most of all have fun!
  • Hard Drive (IA) Total body workout for both muscular strength and endurance. Continuous movement that keeps the heart rate up for a sweat drenched sculpting session. Benefits: Cardiovascular and muscular strength
  • H.E.A.T. (ADV) Heat up your workout with this High Energy Athletic Training workout. This intense cardio/strength interval class utilizing kettle bells, barbells, dumbbells and other resistance props is designed for the advanced exerciser.
  • H.E.A.T. Plus (ADV) Heat it up to the core. This High Intensity Training Workout will challenge the fitness enthusiast with intense interval training followed by a direct hit to the core and ending with a body opening stretch. 
  • KBox30/Strength30: 60 minutes of sweat begins with a 30 minute bout of cardio kickboxing followed by 30 minutes of a pure strength workout.
  • Redefine Amp'd (AL) A Total Body workout combining cardio and resistance training to help you achieve the ultimate fit body. 
  • Strength/Intervals (IA) Total body workout!! Mix of strengthening exercises with group cardio intervals. Benefits: Cardio and Strength components

Indoor Cycling

  • Ride (AL) Our exhilarating cycling program! 45 minutes Benefits: cardiovascular
  • Ride Plus (AL) Spend a little more time in the saddle and burn some extra calories 60 minutes.
  • Rhythm Ride (AL) Full body workout on the bike! Sculpt, sweat and burn with light weights, push ups and core work. TBR 60 means 15 extra minutes! Benefits: cardiovascular

Pilates/Barre

  • BeyondBARRE (45 min) Bring it all together in our barre fusion class that combines the elements of classic barre, pilates, toning, lengthening and calorie burning exercises. Class format is constantly changing to keep the body guessing to achieve better results.
  • Pilates Mat (AL) An internationally known fitness system created by Joseph Pilates focusing on core stability, balance and flexibility.
  • PilatesPLUS – Bring your core training to the next level. This Pilates class fused with a touch of ballet and yoga, uses multiple props to help tone the entire body.
  • ToneBARRE (60 min) A barre class taken to next level using resistance bands to sculpt the entire body. Combining dynamic dance based moves with the extra challenge of the bootybarre cuff for deep muscle toning, enhanced flexibility, and core strength. (AL)

Strength

  • Dynamic Core (AL) Build lean muscle, improve bone density and increase flexibility with this total body workout. This class is designed for anyone at any age or fitness level with a desire to improve strength, mobility and fitness for everyday life.
  • MOVE, TONE,BALANCE A class for all ages. This fun workout will inspire you to keep moving to renew your strength and balance. (AL)

  • Strength 45 (AL) This challenging and effective workout utilizes various resistance props to push you to your max. A pure strength workout packed into 45 minutes of high energy!

Water

  • Aqua Fit (AL) Specially designed resistance props and the water give an intense workout that’s easy on the joints. 
  • Water Running (AL) This ultimate cross training activity enhances running and swimming speed, strengthens every body part and assists in injury recovery.

Mind/Body

  • Gentle Flow Yoga: Revisit the basic principles and poses of yoga. This class will mindfully and slowly move you through simple postures. This class is open to all levels from the beginner to the advanced practitioner.
  • Intro to Meditation: Open your heart and mind in this half hour meditation introduction. This class is open to anyone looking to reduce stress, build focus and to be present in the moment.
  • Yoga 101: For the true beginner yogi. This class will be the start of your yoga journey as you learn basic and simple poses, the importance of breath and proper alignment and commonly used terminology.
  • Kripalu: A 3-stage yoga that emphasizes mind/body awareness through postures, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation in a compassionate environment.
  • Kundalini: Develop strength, awareness, character and consciousness in this physical, mental and spiritual discipline. Benefits: Flexibility, stress release and balance.
  • Tai Chi: Tai Chi is the ancient Chinese art of slow graceful body movements and meditative exercises Tai Chi promotes the body’s own natural healing and restorative abilities.
  • Power Yoga: Put some power into your yoga. This 90 minute intermediate/advanced Vinyasa class will challenge you to bring your practice to the next level.
  • Pure Stretch (AL) Enhance your life & exercise routine by improving an important fitness component-flexibility. Benefits: Flexibility 45 min
  • Vin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice. This style of yoga works deeply into the body, targeting the connective tissues that normally are not exercised in a more active asana practice. The gentle but consistent stimulation encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints, recharges the energetic system of the body, and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state. 
  • Vinyasa: A class that incorporates traditional poses with breath that flows seamlessly from beginning to end. De-stress while enhancing flexibility and calming your mind.
