Improve your speed, agility, endurance and strength with this small group class. Reduce your risk of injury and gain the competitive edge against your opponents. This 4 week session meets twice a week from June 4-25th. Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9-10am. Space is limited, $200.

Instructors at The Atlantic Club teach tennis lessons at all levels, from beginner to competition level.
