REFORMER CLASS
The Pilates method is a movement process which creates an internal physical transformation and integration of mind, body, and spirit. This deeper connection is experienced by using the assistance or resistance provided by the reformer. Taught by certified pilates instructors Carol Miller and Pat Mahon.
