Small group training at The Atlantic Club is a fabulous way to liven up your workout routine and draw upon the motivation of a group setting to achieve your fitness goals. Small group training adds a social element to your workout while you try something brand new at our NJ health club. And you don’t have to be a member to benefit from these fitness classes.
These groups take place in our exercise studio, which provides a warm, comfortable environment for working together. Each exercise class has a special theme where a group of four to 10 people work with one of our personal trainers. Some of our small group personal training fitness classes include post-natal personal training,boot camp for men, kettlebell training, TRX suspension training, and quick-start weight loss.
