Stuffed Shrimp with Crab Meat
INGREDIENTS
16 large shrimp
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced pepper
1 cup diced celery
2 tbsp. unsweetened butter
2 tbsp mayo
PREPARATION
1. For the stuffing - mix together onion, celery, pepper, mayo & 1 tbsp of the unsweetened butter.
2. Add worchestershire sauce and 1 of the egg whites & mix thoroughly.
3. Butterfly cut the shrimp and spoon the crab meat into each shrimp
4. Brush the shrimp & crab meat with the remaining egg white.
5. In a pan, add the last tbsp of unsweetened butter & white wine and add the stuffed shrimp. Cook in the over at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
