Cajun Stewed Shrimp

16 large shrimp
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup white wine
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced potato
1 tsp chili powder
4 tbsp Cajun spice
PREPARATION
1. In a saute pan, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
2. Add onion and celery into the pan and saute for 10 minutes.
3. Add potato, white wine and white vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add shrimp, chili powder and cajun spice, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Serves 4 people.
