Bring to Pre-registration: Friday, February 4th from 6-9pm at the Manasquan Beach House, 390 East Main Street, Manasquan (formerly O’Neill’s) or Day of Plunge Registration: Gee Gee’s at the Manasquan Main Beach from 10-11:30am
Fundraising Expectations: In order to participate in the event each person needs to raise at least $100. You may request a fundraising packet by email at mike@valentineplunge.com – please include your mailing address and phone number - or contact Mike @ 732.690.5929.

Prizes will be awarded to:
1. The individual who raises the largest amount of money
2. Team that raises the largest amount of money
3. The most Creative Costume – Team
4. The most Creative Costume – Individual
5. Most money raised by an individual under 18
Plunging as a Team or Individual:
If you would like to take the Plunge with your friends, simply come up with a team name and put it on your registration forms. If you are a solo plunger, indicate that you will be plunging as an individual on your registration form. All individuals still need to raise the minimum $100 to participate.
What to Wear:
We suggest outer clothing that is warm and can be changed into and out of easily. You may wear a bathing suit, wet suit or dry suit, and certainly no skinny-dipping! We strongly recommend you wear shoes into the water. You should leave your wallet, keys, valuables and jewelry with your guests or don’t bring them at all. Large tents will be available at the Plunge location where you can dress down and back up again.
When + Where to turn in the money you have collected:
1. Bring it to the pre-registration party at Manasquan Beach House (formerly O’Neill’s) on Friday, February 4th from 6-9pm. Turn in your pledges, collective your incentives and enjoy the evening!
2. Bring it to the Plunge day registration at Gee Gee’s – Saturday, February 5th from 10-11:30am. Turn in your money, collective your incentives and get ready for the Big Plunge!

Pre-Plunge Party and Registration:
Manasquan Beach House (formerly O’Neill’s), 6-9pm, 390 E. Main Street, Manasquan – Friday, February 4th – join us for the 5th Annual Valentine Plunge Pre-Party ! At the party you can register for the plunge, collect your incentives, learn more about ALS and enjoy great entertainment, food & drink specials.
Register the day of the Plunge:
Saturday, February 5th – 10-11:30 am at Gee Gee’s Family Fun Center, Main Beach, Manasquan. Coffee and breakfast food can be purchased.
The Plunge Begins!
12 noon sharp! The Plunge will take place at Main Beach Manasquan located at the end of Main Street. Spectators are welcome! Bring your friends and family for support! Let’s all have a great time for a great cause.
