Lifeguarding

Safety First!

Want to become a Red Cross Professional Lifeguard and learn how to help prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies?

Come start your training at the Atlantic Club Life Guard Certification Center. We will train you to be a professional American Red Cross rescuer. You will learn the lifesaving knowledge and skills you need to be a disciplined and confident life guard prepared to act in an emergency situation both in and out of the water. You will learn water rescue skills, surveillance and recognition, first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies, CPR, AED and more.

You may take the traditional in-person course or try the new blended learning program where online lessons are completed prior to in person training. Both learning programs will offer all the training to prepare you to be a Red Cross Lifeguard ready to act with speed and confidence in an emergency.
